Abstract

This paper proposed to contribute to the conceptual and practical elucidation regarding to what is the inclusive education and scholar inclusion of students in condition of deficiency in regular classrooms. For this, it serves of a historical retrospection about the way as such condition was culturally faced up the Brazil settlement society until nowadays, it looks for delimiting the meaning of the terminologies which are usually used, as “people with special necessities” or “included people”. It distinguishes the rules of the regular school and the Special Education and the convergent point between them. It emphasizes the rule of the team work and the responsibilities of all the educational agents involved in the construction process of the inclusive school.
