This research aims to discuss the relationship between education and new technologies in the evolutionary process of teaching and learning in Higher Education inserted in a contemporary society, addressing some challenging questions, in search of reflections on the constant evolutions, especially, aggregation of technological tools In the classroom. From this, we sought to identify the role of the educator for the applicability of the various media in the teaching-learning process in higher education institutions. The tendency of contemporary education is to establish the need for the learner to experience learning in a dynamic and meaningful way. Therefore, it is proposed in this research to analyze the benefits and harms of technological modernity pointing the way to a pedagogical practice that intends to deconstruct itself to reconstruct itself in a new perspective of teaching and learning. For that, the ideas of Kenslki (2012), Aparici (2012), Braga (2013), Oyama (2014) and other scholars are used as theoretical basis.Downloads
