This article analyzes Kafka´s text, titled "Before the Law", making correlations to the questions of Law and Justice. We also make interpretations using as analytical parameter the theoretical proposals of Jacques Derrida and Giorgio Agamben also about Law and Justice, intending to provide a dialogue between these authors and the Kafka´s parameter. The conclusion of this research indicates a relevant dialogue between the concept of intangibility, from Kafka, and the concepts of justice as aporia, from Derrida and potency, from Agamben.
