Communication is a main process in a company that needs to keep clear the points that guide the activities of its employees, as organizational culture and goals to be achieved by everyone. The informal leader, due to the power that his workmates give him, is a very important point in the organizational communication, because he is the link between the direction and the employees. Throughout the fusion of modern and notorious Organizational Managing theories, with the ones from Communications, this work has as the main purpose to show that the informal leader should be considered by the managers as an ally on the search for goals and as a carrier of the opinions of the group that he represents.Downloads
