n this article it is examined the structure, the organization and the action of institutional lobbying in Brazilian Congress. Tthe institutional lobbying refers to the performance of the corporative or institutional departments of private companies devoted to the relationships with the different spheres and government levels. An important attribute of the corporative or institutional departments is the development of a communication channel with the State, trying to assist them with ideas and initiatives that can provide solutions for their problems and also to present the positions of the company.Downloads
