The trade unions as traditional tools of assotiativism of the working class, are encountering more difficulties in communicating with their younger social basis, due to the changes in the world of working and in the forms of communication that the traditional political participation mechanisms adopt for the convocation processes. In this article, we will discuss the strategies used by the ABC Metallurgist Trade Union on the beginning of this decade as an answer to the distance between its coordination and the metallurgist youth, through a commission structured in the institution and composed by young workers, and the use of the metallurgist press with a renewed language.Downloads
