Resumen

Objetivo: Comprender el proceso de absorción de conocimiento (ACAP) a partir de las dimensiones de PACAP y RACAP en una gran empresa del sector del mueble.

Metodología / enfoque: Utilizamos el enfoque cualitativo y descriptivo a través de un único estudio de caso. Los datos se recopilaron en documentos y mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas. Los análisis se desarrollaron utilizando la técnica de análisis de contenido con el soporte del software Atlas / Ti.

Originalidad / Relevancia: En la literatura sobre capacidad de absorción existen pocos estudios que comprendan la influencia del ambiente externo sujeto a la incertidumbre ambiental, para la construcción de rutinas organizacionales de PACAP y RACAP.

Resultados principales: Rudnick desarrolló habilidades para monitorear y adquirir información del entorno externo, combinando conocimientos y experiencias previas para asimilarlo internamente y competencia para transformar el conocimiento mediante la difusión del conocimiento existente, de los colaboradores, mecanismos de integración. memoria social, organizacional e interacción inter e intraorganizacional.

Contribuciones teóricas / metodológicas: La investigación contribuye al estudiar la capacidad de absorción bajo una naturaleza multidimensional, a partir de incertidumbres ambientales, y agrega un enfoque cualitativo y longitudinal para identificar las diferentes rutinas de absorción de conocimiento en PACAP y RACAP.

Contribuciones sociales / de gestión: En el campo empírico, los resultados contribuirán a la comprensión de los gerentes de la importancia de desarrollar rutinas para absorber el conocimiento y sobrevivir a un entorno de incertidumbre. También contribuye a qué y cómo implementarlos para aumentar la competitividad. En cuanto a las contribuciones sociales, fortalece la investigación científica y se optimizan las capacidades tecnológicas de los sectores industriales en todos los países, particularmente en los países en desarrollo.

Atualmente é professor visitante Universidade Nacional de San Aguntin (UNSA) e professor titular da Universidade do Vale do Itajaí.
