The launching of new companies in territorial-clustered contexts concerns, at least to a certain point, the existence of strategic resources capable of generating competitive advantages. Such resources can be in various forms and can also be focused on the specialization of activities that lead to complements. In this work, the resources capable of generating competitive advantages and shared in territorial-clustered companies were analyzed. Thus, the data was collected through a questionnaire applied to managers of the textile industry in the city of Rio do Sul (SC), South Brazil. As a result, it was observed that some resources are shared, such as the cooperation, localization, workforce mobility and the reputation of the clustered companies, whereas the knowledge, commercial agreements with institutions, associations and suppliers were not realized.
