This study analyzes the quality of the experience and its relation with the satisfaction and intention of return of the park Beto Carrero World among young gauchos. We investigated the interrelationships between quality of experience, quality of interaction, physical environment, output and access results, as well as satisfaction of experience and intention to return. The research is considered descriptive and quantitative, through a survey adapted from the studies of Wu, Li & Li (2014). Data collection was carried out in August 2016, with 429 students of higher education, technical and medium. By means of the hypothesis test, the results show that the physical environment and the output dimension influence the quality of the experience, the quality of the experience influences the satisfaction of the experience, while the satisfaction of the experience influences the intention of return and, confirmed that the intention of return influences the quality of the experience, demonstrating that the quality of the experience precedes the intention of return. However, it has been proven that the quality of the interaction does not positively impact the quality of the experience.
