The First Instance Federal Justice in São Paulo, similarly to the federal government, has been increasingly compelled to provide transparency, to control costs and expenses. The technology of information is present in its everyday routine boosting major innovations. Its budget must be prepared correctly, and the expenditure implementation needs effectiveness: as a result, we need a comprehensive control of expenses. This control becomes even more important in a budget contingency scenario. In this sense, this report aims to present how the implementation of the New Budget Tracking System in First Instance Federal Justice in São Paulo happened, its contribution to the intended transparency for the management, and the integration of the project management into the daily routine of Federal Justice as a mechanism to reach positive results.
