Estado. Guerra. Hobbes. Kant. Rousseau.Abstract
Kant’s approach on politics, is rather from the point of view of the State than of the individual and is connected with his doctrines on ethics. The author’s contratualist analysis is based on both, the idealistic starting point and the pessimistic view on human nature. The aim of this article is, therefore, not only to point out the influence of Rousseau but also of Hobbes political theories on Kant’s moral, political and law doctrines.Downloads
