Management Practices In Microenterprises Before Economic Crises: A Case Study

Faced with several economic crises in Brazil, several failures in Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) were perceived with respect with Business Management. As MPEs are largely responsible for combating unemployment, it is necessary than the study of how an MSE remains in the Market, causing this management a good reflection to those who have difficulties with Business Management, something common, considering the Brazilian indices of mortality of MSEs. A lot of manager delegates the responsibility only to crises, others to low capital invested, others to Cash Flow, are many indicators, while the work proves the difference that good management practices can bring in the fight against these other factors.
