In the many business segments, in the slump time or prosperity, there a need to follow effective models to preserve the market position and/or minimize inconvenient scratches. Factors like leadership and good people management can not be understood only like one more point to perform management rules, but like a differential, reached by the team motivation and training programs. Even before the company to be acting in the market, the manager have to revise all his concepts of Financial Model (or create, because many companies do not have it) and People Management because in the modern enterprise’s view, team walks side by side with the success.
