The environmental and health impacts related to construction has been topic widely discussed by several countries for all that entails. Thinking this need this work aims to present a practical application of Model Diamond is one of the project management tools, management of sustainable demolition project of the buildings St. Victor and Mercury. This is a case study, which allowed the project management team to apply new rubble recycling technologies, transforming it into aggregate paving, mounting a processing unit locally (small plant) which allowed significant gains in shipping and avoided waste of materials in the removal and transport and accelerate the term by redesigning and educate the team partner environmental importance of the project, in other numerous benefits of social and environmental nature.
