Abstract

The territorial approach to development has been increasingly adopted by intellectuals and policy makers from a social and environmental perspective. One of the following ways of planning public and objective policies is the integration of the multiple dimensions, be they social, economic, cultural and political-institutional, with an emphasis on spaces, social actors, markets that represent these spaces. However, the objective is still the development of development processes through the mobilization of resources, be they human or physical, taking into account all the opportunities of how to potentialize productive activities and access to markets and, consequently, generate quality of life of local victims. The objective of this article is to develop its territorial and potential objectives for the implementation of public policies aimed at sustainability. It is considered important not to lose sight, even if it is a Federal Constitution of 1988 has been a process of national balance, with the reduction of regional inequalities, federates can be demanded, through Public Policies, seeks the development itself, in order to diminish as social inequalities, eradicate poverty and social marginalization in their territory, with direct benefit to a population that resides.
