The success of a manufacturing company mainly depends on the agility of their manufacturing system to absorb information, which aims to meet the needs of its users. However, this study aims to carry out an analysis of control, identifying the factors that limit the expedition in a cement factory and through production techniques, align and optimize the process flow at this stage. The Theory of Queues is a very effective technique because it seeks opportunities to improve the restrictions, eliminating bottlenecks and using a suitable transport modeling, reducing the waiting time for charging. As it establishes the study reached the set purposes, realizing control analysis, identifying the factors that limit the shipment in the factory and by the use of the technique, queuing theory, indicate where to be aligned and optimized process flow cement.
