Some tools of quality are used and adapted to offer support to the planning activities and development of new products. In that way this project has as objective used the methods QFD (Quality Function Deployment) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) aiming the service of the customer’s demanded quality, originating from QFD, and of the product’s reliability, coming from FMEA. The project shown the importance of distributing the quality’s warranty during the development of this new product, and how it’s decisive to join value to the final product, taking the consumer’s perception into consideration and the improvement of yours satisfaction through an anticipated problems solution. The results obtained, in this research, point the usefulness of the methods proposed for the development of the final product concepts, being these data ranked and implanted.Downloads
