Abstract

The world has been experiencing an explosion of shared economy initiatives. In the logistical context, these operations are verified mainly in the outsourcing to a great mass of actors of last mile services. The article carries out a Systematic Literature Review with the aim of presenting an evolution of the scientific production on the subject over time: the main authors, journals and countries that study the logistics of the crowd; it seeks to clarify the state of the art in the area and what the current research efforts are, in addition to exposing the search for future research. The results show that scientific research on Crowd Logistics is still in its infancy and research questions have not yet been explored.
